Well unless that track was not 400m, then it looked like a 3200m to me. He started and stopped in the same spot. Not that it really matters, 3200....Two mile...it was still disguistingly fast.

It was a two mile time trial, not 3200 meters.

This is the best running video i've seen in a long time. This is why I like running, no frills, tough elements, going all out.
